1. How it works
Divergente ships short drops with real stock. Pieces are not fast fashion: once a style is gone, it may not return. This policy is clear and direct, and follows Colombian consumer law (Law 1480 of 2011).
Every request goes through WhatsApp or email from the Contact page, with your order number and photos. We cannot review a case without that.
2. Right of withdrawal (5 business days)
If you bought at a distance (web, WhatsApp or another non-in-person channel), you have 5 business days from delivery to withdraw, under article 47 of Law 1480. The item must be unworn, with tags and original packaging.
Tell us within that window. We will share the return address. After we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the product amount via the original payment method within 5–15 business days. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless the error is ours.
3. Size exchange (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a size exchange of the same style, if stock exists. That is editorial streetwear standard: not any size, any color.
The piece must reach us unworn, unwashed, with no odor, tags and packaging intact. If the requested size is gone, we issue store credit for the product value, valid 60 days, to use at divergente.shop.
4. Limited editions and originality code
ADN drop designs and other limited editions are not restocked, and every garment carries its own unique originality code. If an equivalent size of the same style exists, we exchange. If not, we issue store credit. There is no cash refund for a change of mind outside the legal withdrawal window.
5. Condition of the garment
We only accept items we could sell again: unused, unstained, unaltered, with tags and original bag or box. A tag photo and a front photo are enough to open the case.
For hygiene we do not exchange or refund worn, washed or customized garments, except for a manufacturing defect.
6. What is not covered
We do not cover: normal wear, incorrect washing, a size chosen outside the 14-day window, transit damage that was not reported on receipt, or outlet / final-sale pieces.
7. Defects and legal warranty
If the garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, the wrong size or reference, or damage attributable to us, we cover exchange, repair or refund. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery, with photos. Return shipping in these cases is on Divergente.
The legal warranty of fitness and quality under Colombian consumer law is not limited by this policy. When the law requires a more favorable treatment, that treatment applies.
8. International orders
Withdrawal and exchanges also apply outside Colombia, on the same timelines. The customer covers international return shipping, customs and insurance, unless the issue is a defect or our error. We do not refund outbound international freight or destination import taxes.
9. How to request it
1. Write via WhatsApp or hola@divergente.shop with order number, reason and photos.
2. We confirm whether withdrawal, exchange, credit or refund applies, and the return address.
3. Pack the piece as it left. Keep the tracking number.
4. After we receive it, we inspect within 3–5 business days and complete the agreement.
10. Refunds
Refunds are issued by Davivienda transfer, the payment method enabled at checkout. They may take 5–15 business days after approval.
11. Contact
Official WhatsApp and email are listed at divergente.shop/contact. We do not process returns via social media or unofficial accounts.
