1. Exchanges and returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong size or reference, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.
2. Conditions
Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimates or customized items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
3. Process
Message us via WhatsApp or email from the contact page. We will indicate whether an exchange, store credit or refund applies. Refunds are processed via the original payment method when applicable, within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
4. Legal warranty
As a consumer in Colombia you have rights under consumer protection law. This policy does not limit those rights when the law provides a more favorable treatment.
